Maui Makers is a Makerspace on the island of Maui (Hawaii, USA). We have 1500sqft in a warehouse that is shared with a commercial company. We started out in a 40' Container in the Pu'unene School area - basically in a sugar cane field out behind the Sugar Mill in central valley.
We have a number of wood working tools (drill press, band saw, etc), metal working tools, 3-Axis CNC, Eggbot, 3D printers, Silhouette paper/vinyl cutter, soldering equipment and a collection of embedded processor Dev kits. We are open to all ages (Kim through gray), skill levels and interests. Our philosophy is that we are all Makers and have skills to share. We embrace the integration of art with high and low tech manufacturing.
