Problem[edit]
You want the hackerspace accessible all the time. You do not want to call somebody else during the night to lock the hackerspace when you leave.
Implementation[edit]
Hand out keys. Track who owns a key. Have a good lock so that nobody can copy the key without your permission. Collect a deposit for the key, so that the owner takes care for it. Or build a nice electronic locking system (with all cool things and all messy problems)...
