Coupar Angus Small Business Centre is host to the Make A Difference group, a sort of Men's Shed style shared workshop space. It's owned and operated by one person on the basis of being used to improve the town, but the owner and members are open to new suggestions for expanding the remit of the place. There are offices to let at low rates and taking part in MAD work is free.

The workshop has many tools and materials and is itself something of a project, as are the offices.

Meetings are Tuesdays at 10am.
